QUEZON CITY–C&E Adaptive Learning Solutions (C&E ALS) reaffirmed its long-standing partnership with World Citi Colleges (WCC) through a new Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed on October 6, 2025, at WCC in Quezon City.
Under the renewed two-year agreement, C&E ALS will continue to supply curriculum-aligned textbooks and other academic resources that support WCC’s academic programs and enhance its teaching and learning processes. The partnership, which has been in place for several years, underscores both institutions’ shared commitment to providing future-ready education that empowers students and educators alike.
The agreement was signed by C&E ALS Chief Operations Officer John Emyl Eugenio and Vice President for Higher Education Rene Mupas, alongside WCC President Dr. Raymond Patrick V. Guico and WCC Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Ma. Cristina Estioco.
In his message during the ceremony, Eugenio highlighted the enduring partnership between C&E ALS and WCC and the shared commitment that underpins it. “This partnership between C&E and World Citi Colleges is more than an agreement on paper; it is a commitment to provide the very foundations of learning—knowledge that is up-to-date, accessible, and relevant,” he said.
For over three decades, C&E ALS has been a trusted partner of basic and higher education institutions nationwide, providing comprehensive print and digital learning solutions that help educators and learners navigate the evolving landscape of modern education.
WCC, a member of the World Citi Group, has a 48-year legacy of providing holistic, quality education recognized by the Commission on Higher Education, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, and the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation.
