Complete Mechanics
- The promotion period is from September 11 to 15, 2024.
- Customers are entitled to join the raffle for every Php 10,000.00 worth of purchase of C&E Publishing reference books or textbooks.
- Customers must complete the raffle coupon with the following details: complete name, address, email address, mobile number, signature, and OR number, and drop it in the designated drop box located at the C&E Publishing Booth between aisles O and P at the Manila International Bookfair, SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.
- The deadline for submitting raffle entries is September 15, 2024, at 7 PM.
- The raffle draw will be held on September 17, 2024, at 10 AM at the C&E Publishing Head Office, 839 EDSA South Triangle Quezon City, in the presence of a DTI representative.
- The prize is one (1) brand new 9th Generation iPad.
- Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by C&E Publishing Inc.
- The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
- The winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS, and their names will be posted at https://www.facebook.com/ceals.ph.
- The announcement of winners will also be posted on the official Facebook page of C&E Publishing, https://www.facebook.com/ceals.ph.
- A customer can only win once.
- The winner may claim his/her prize at the C&E Publishing Head Office, 839 EDSA South Triangle Quezon City, in the presence of a DTI representative.
- To claim the prize, winners must present their valid ID with the name indicated in the raffle coupon and a copy of their official receipts.
- An authorized representative can claim the prize by presenting an authorization along with the winner’s valid ID and official receipts.
- Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days of receiving registered notice, or they will be forfeited in favor of C&E Publishing, Inc., with the prior approval of DTI.
- All employees of C&E Publishing and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
