C & E Publishing, Inc. joined the Philippine Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (PACOP) in advancing professional growth and excellence in teaching during the Faculty Development Seminar held at the University of Santo Tomas in España, Manila from October 26 to 28, 2015.

With the theme “Perspective on Pharmacy Education Landscape,” the seminar tackled the assessment of student achievement on the first two days, and focused on the training on Philippine Standards of Practice (PhilPSP) on the third day. More than 100 faculty members from PACOP’s 30 member schools and colleges nationwide attended the event.

PACOP is the national organization of pharmacy schools and colleges in the Philippines. It is committed to promoting high standards of pharmacy education and training among its members to produce competent and socially responsible professionals.

C & E showcased some of its best-selling pharmacy textbooks and reference materials including the first edition of Zenaida Nucum’s Pharmacology, the 22nd edition of Remington’s The Science and Practice of Pharmacy by the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, the 12th edition of Goodman & Gilman’s The Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics, and the 4th edition of Aulton’s Pharmaceutics: The Design and Manufacture of Medicines.
